MIRAMOS
Norwegian choreographer Torgunn Wold, in collaboration with Spanish dramaturge Paulo Serantes, presents the playful performance MIRAMOS.
I MIRAMOS you’re invited on board a magical journey where whimsical creatures from another dimension cautiously explore a new and strange place: planet Earth. The four colorful creatures meet and explore our world with curiosity and playful fascination – but where do they come from and what are they doing here?
Experience a sensuous portrait of a meeting between two worlds where dance, theater and music merge. MIRAMOS shows us how the courage to approach the unknown can open doors to friendship and understanding, and how a strong community can emerge across differences, shapes, colors and imagination.
MIRAMOS is aimed at children aged 4-8 years and their families.
Friday May 1 is for institutions and tickets are free of charge (requires booking to see the performance). Saturday is for children and their families/adults and requires a ticket.
Danskompaniet Spinn is a professional dance company based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Spinn consists of dancers with and without disabilities and works with Swedish and international choreographers and composers. Their performances and workshops are aimed at both children and adults. The company was founded in 2010 by artistic director Veera Suvalo Grimberg.
