Narcissus
NARKISSOS is a sensuous dance performance about self-love for young people with disabilities. Uniquely, the performance is experienced by one child/youth and one or more accompanying adults at a time as the only audience.
The half nymph Narcissus seduces himself and you in a world where self-love is a way of life. His alluring nature is playful, captivated and curious. Join him and slowly melt away into a world of sensory wonderment – expect big dance in a small space and small pleasures that leave big impressions…
Created by Matthew Rawcliffe (Royal Danish Theatre, Holstebro Dance Company, Betty Nansen Teatret) and performed by Reumert-nominated Marcus Roydes for one young person at a time in the company of family or caregivers in a multi-sensory installation.
