Mis(s)presence
Mis(s)presence is an interactive and performative work that changes depending on where it is created and who participates. The creation of the work needs the community to unfold, so come and join us.
In this outdoor version of the work Mis(s)presence, the performers guide the audience in a safe and interactive format, with different experiences and participation. The performers work with materials such as vinyl (plastic), recyclable scraps, clay, and small fragments that take on new life in your hands. Audiences are welcome to follow along for as long as they wish, with no set time frame for participation.
Following the performance, you can participate in the jewelry workshop where you can create your own memory of the performance, materialized as a piece of “jewelry”. You are welcome to take your creation home with you.
